(-ONLY VIDEO-) During his greetings at the General Audience, the Pope addressed the members of Opus Dei who were on pilgrimage in Rome to give thanks for the beatification of ílvaro del Portillo.
As soon as he ended the audience, he greeted Bishop Javier Echevarría, the current prelate of Opus Dei.
The first successor of St. Josemaría Escrivá as prelate of Opus Dei was beatified in Madrid on September 27.

'I greet Bishop Echevarría, prelate of Opus Dei, as well as the faithful of the prelature who are here present to give thanks to God for the beatification of Bishop ílvaro del Portillo.
