Although these men are not afraid of anything, they were a bit tense whilst waiting in the Vatican.

Some of them came with wounds. This is because they are rugby players from CURNE, the Club Universitario de Rugby de Resistencia, in Argentina.

They are in the Vatican because they have just won the European championship for their category in Portugal.

In profiting from their trip, they shared this experience with Pope Francis, who wanted to greet them at the Vatican.

As soon as Pope Francis arrived, they became more relax. They gave him their rugby team's T-shirt, and in exchange the pope blessed their rosaries.

“This is a present from Jorge Milton, he has signed it for you.”

“Father, I'm a doctor, I work in a hospital...”

It was a brief meeting as they do not have much time to lose. This is because at the weekend they will have another championship in Madrid.
