This is Monsignor Diego Ravelli, Master of Liturgical Celebrations at the Vatican.<\/p>\n<p>On June 3, he was ordained Archbishop by the Secretary of State.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PIETRO PAROLIN <br \/>\nSecretary of State of Vatican City <\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Your episcopal ordination, dear Diego Giovanni, comes at the beginning of a hard and difficult millennium, marked by divisions and wars between brothers, such as the most recent one in neighboring Ukraine. You, like all pastors, are called to a tireless ministry of reconciliation and consolation.<br \/>\nYou will be the instrument of all those graces that the Lord has reserved for difficult and dark times. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pope Francis was present during the ceremony. At the end, he congratulated Archbishop Ravelli, despite his difficulty moving.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ravelli was ordained a priest in 1991 and received his doctorate in Sacred Liturgy in Rome.
