A charge that he says is false.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The government is attempting to use these photos as proof that the Bishop is alive. Silvio Jos\u00e9 B\u00e1ez, auxiliary bishop of Managua, said he was relieved to see him alive, although the photos are \u201cstaging of the disgusting and cynical dictatorship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Others such as Father Rafael Arag\u00f3n\u2014who spent 40 years as a missionary in Nicaragua\u2014agree that the photos are staged.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FR.
