With this, Colombia is now left without any cardinal electors.<\/p>\n<p>Appointed bishop by Pope John Paul II and cardinal by Pope Benedict XVI, Salazar was one of the electors in the 2013 conclave that elected Pope Francis.   \n<\/p>\n<p><strong>CARD.
