Emilio Aranguren Echeverr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>In the telegram, Cardinal Parolin communicated that Pope Francis \u201cis closely following the news about the unfortunate accident that has caused a fire and several explosions at the Matanzas supertanker base.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Currently, one person is confirmed dead and several are missing or wounded.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The explosion was caused by a lightning strike that triggered a large fire.
