Pope Francis visited several children recently arrived from Ukraine at the Bambino Ges\u00f9 Hospital in Rome. He greeted them and their families one by one.<\/p>\n
These children suffer from neurological disorders, or cancer. Those more recently arrived have wounds from the war. The Pope gave each of them rosaries that he had blessed.<\/p>\n
The following day, Pope Francis shared the impact the visit had on him during the Angelus.<\/p>\n
POPE FRANCIS The Bambino Ges\u00f9 Hospital has taken in fifty Ukrainian children since the start of the Russian invasion.
