The city of Rome inaugurated its Christmas tree in the iconic Piazza Venezia. But the boxes under the tree aren't presents. <\/p>\n
Instead, they represent the UN's sustainability goals. Each package contains a QR code, which gives information to visitors on how to lead a more sustainable lifestyle. <\/p>\n
The project, titled \u201cLet's give the gift of a sustainable city,\u201d was organized with the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization, which is housed in Rome. <\/p>\n
