Young people from Latin America will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop on best ecumenical and religious practices. The initiative is spearheaded by CREAS, a regional ecumenical organization in Latin America.<\/p>\n
The project is called Ikum\u00e9ni. The goal is to guide young Christians to work together toward peace.<\/p>\n
ELENA L\u00d3PEZ RUF<\/strong> Ikum\u00e9ni is inspired by Catholic Church documents that invite people to serve those most in need. They aim to foster attitudes that can lead to development, reconciliation and peace.<\/p>\n ELENA L\u00d3PEZ RUF<\/strong> Young people of different Christian professions will participate in the initiative, which seeks to promote an encounter with people who don't share their beliefs.<\/p>\n ELENA L\u00d3PEZ RUF<\/strong> The first workshop on best ecumenical practices will take place with participants from Colombia and Peru.
