I pray for the victims and their families, and express my sympathy and solidarity with all those who are suffering as a result of this calamity.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Many were trapped in their vehicles and subway cars while on their way home, waiting to be rescued from the rising water.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Over a million people remain displaced by floodwaters throughout Henan province, which received nearly a year's worth of rain over three days.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>JM<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>July 26, 2021.
