His participation coincided with an indirect invitation from the North Korean regime to Pope Francis to travel to Pyongyang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BISHOP LAZZARO YOU HEUNG-SIK<br \/>\nOctober 11, 2018<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>\u201cIf the pope were there, it would be a gigantic step.
