When the pandemic hit in 2020 and forced everyone into lockdown, Catholic speaker and musician Chris Bray was left stranded at home, without a recording studio. But his creativity and motivation remained intact, and he wrote this song, \u201cCloser and Closer,\u201d in his kitchen.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI remember thinking, 'Well what am I going to do with this song?' as it was like a prayer and cry from my heart of how I felt God was calling us and drawing us closer into relationship with Him, even in the midst of the struggle and in the trials, and I ended up turning my mini-van in my garage into a studio, and recorded the song and released it to Christian radio. And I think it's just a testament to what God can do when we offer Him what little we have, and we hand it over to Him, that He wants to draw us closer to Him.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
