But his creativity and motivation remained intact, and he wrote this song, “Closer and Closer,” in his kitchen.

CHRIS BRAY
Singer and Worship Leader
“I remember thinking, 'Well what am I going to do with this song?' as it was like a prayer and cry from my heart of how I felt God was calling us and drawing us closer into relationship with Him, even in the midst of the struggle and in the trials, and I ended up turning my mini-van in my garage into a studio, and recorded the song and released it to Christian radio. And I think it's just a testament to what God can do when we offer Him what little we have, and we hand it over to Him, that He wants to draw us closer to Him.”

Chris has had numerous #1 hit songs on Christian radio in Canada.
