He will turn 80 on Feb. 27, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>About a week later, on March 8, Wilfrid Napier, archbishop of Durban, in South Africa, will turn 80.<\/p>\n<p>Then on June 8, Australian George Pell will cross the threshold. For years he was the prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy and a member of the Council of Cardinals.<\/p>\n<p>On July 17, Maurice Piat, bishop of Port Louis, will turn 80. He welcomed the pope to Mauritius in September 2019.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 18, Beniamino Stella will turn 80. He is the prefect of the Congregation for the Clergy and was the president of the Vatican's prestigious school of diplomacy.<\/p>\n<p>The last of the new veterans will be Card. Angelo Scola.
