They were left drifting in a boat, without protection from the elements. They remained there for 48 hours until they made it to the coast.<\/p>\n<p>The CLAMOR network and the Episcopal Conference criticized the words of the prime minister of Trinidad and Tobago because \u201cthey stigmatize migrants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Immigration in Latin America is a phenomenon that has been shaking the region's countries and causing tensions.
