The FAO is celebrating its 75 years with World Food Day.<\/p>\n
During an important conference, the organization reminded that the number of people going hungry is increasing. That's 690 million people, which is 10 million more than last year.<\/p>\n
The problem is that the coronavirus could further exacerbate the situation and bring that number up to 100 million more.<\/p>\n
It's a dramatic emergency for the director of the World Food Program, who will receive the Nobel Peace Prize this year.<\/p>\n
