Although a more concrete result was expected, judges of the High Court of Australia have requested more time to decide whether Cardinal George Pell is innocent or guilty.<\/p>\n
A court condemned him last March to six years in prison for sexual violence supposedly committed in 1996 and 1997, against two adolescents in the Cathedral of Melbourne.<\/p>\n
Another court rejected the appeal in August, but not all the judges agreed with the sentence.<\/p>\n
The cardinal has always defended his innocence.<\/p>\n
