They mark a new chapter of violence against the local Church.<\/p>\n<p>A pro-government mob entered the church and after a strong exchange of words, they began to administer blows to the vicar of the cathedral, Rodolfo L\u00f3pez and Sr. Arelys Guzm\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>The Archdiocese of Managua also said in a statement this violent group broke \u201cthe locks of the bell tower and other locks of the temple, thus desecrating the Church.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They asked President Daniel Ortega and the vice president to take immediate action to ensure all Catholic temples are respected.
