They say the pope's objective is to strengthen family ties and combat individualism, which isolates and generates 'dynamics of intolerance.'<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his pontificate, the pope has repeatedly insisted the family is the first \u201cschool of true human development.\u201d There one learns to be understanding, patient and sacrifice for others.
