\u201cKyrios Emmanuel\u201d is a rock group made up of six Argentinians. It was founded in 1992 as part of BANUEV, the Catholic community that seeks to contribute to the New Evangelization through art. <\/p>\n
They have participated in several WYDs. However, for them the most special was in Krakow. This is because they recorded the Spanish version of the official anthem \u201cBlessed are the Merciful,\u201d together with the BANUEV community. <\/p>\n
CARLOS ABREG\u00da<\/strong> Along with their catchy melodies and lyrics they want to reach a lot of people. Especially young people who are not Christians or do not practice. <\/p>\n JUAN IGNACIO STRAMUCCI<\/strong> Now they are waiting for WYD in Lisbon. \n\u201cThe themes we explore in our songs is to transmit values, to transmit our faith. We are trying to reach the peripheries, those that Pope Francis often asks of us. We try to do this through our songs to a public that is not 100 percent Catholic. We want evangelize through these experiences that young people can identify with.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n
