There are also daily gospels, reflections, and suggested acts of penance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This year the app's theme is \u201cOnly what is loved can be saved; only what is embraced can be transformed.\u201d It is inspired by one of Pope Francis's WYD speeches.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The app is accessible to everyone but puts a particular emphasis on reaching young people. The aim is to teach the deeper meaning of Lent in a dynamic way.<\/p>\n<p>The free Lent Calendar App is available on the Apple and Google Play store under the name Xt3<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 9th, 2019.
