It adds that it is '<em>reductive<\/em>' to define people's identity starting only from their sexual orientation.<\/p>\n<p>The paragraph with the least support in the final vote (1<strong>78 \u201cYes\u201d and 65 \u201cNo\u201d)<\/strong> is related to pastoral care for homosexuals. It says that the Church should '<em>accompany<\/em>' homosexual Catholics, and it recognizes their '<em>desire to belong and contribute to the life of the community<\/em>'.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 27, 2018.
