One special greeting was for this young boy. Pope Francis affectionately joked with him.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thousands of people came to the square to be present at the religious ceremony.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 3, 2018.
