Georges Lema\u00eetre<\/strong>, on July 18th  in celebration of his 124th birthday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lema\u00eetre, Belgian priest and physicist, famously proposed the idea that the universe was constantly expanding from a single point. This would become known as the<strong> Big Bang Theory<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the best compliment Lema\u00eetre ever recieved came from famous physicist <strong>Albert Einstein<\/strong>, who said 'This is the most beautiful and satisfactory explanation of creation to which I have ever listened'.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The site is celebrating the 124th birthday of Fr.
