One possible solution is that it be the capital of two States.<\/p>\n<p>In his latest message, Pope Francis<strong> laments the the victims of the recent riots<\/strong> and asks that national leaders' 'words and actions stop the spiral of violence.'<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 11, 2017.
