Good morning! Brothers and sisters, God does not avenge! God loves, He does not avenge. He waits to forgive us, to embrace us.'<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The pope recalled that<strong> Christian faith is not a sum of moral norms<\/strong> and precepts, but a proposal of God's love for humanity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POPE FRANCIS<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>'This is the great novelty of Christianity: a God who, despite our errors and our sins, does not fall back on His word. He does not quit and above all, He does not avenge.'<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pope Francis concluded by recalling the recent beatification of Fr. <strong>Arsenio da Trigolo<\/strong>, an Italian Capuchin from the late nineteenth century. He was the founder of the Sisters of Mary Most Holy Consoler and was known for being a great confessor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 10, 2017.
