He came forth about the situation more than once.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The first took place in the country's capital of  Bogot\u00e1, where he greeted five Venezuelans after Mass celebrated before 1.3 million people in Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar Park.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The second gesture was in Cartagena, during the last day of travel. In front of the Church of St. Peter Claver, Pope Francis said, \u201cFrom this place I want to assure you of my prayer for each one of the Latin American countries, and especially for the neighboring Venezuela.
