Before the bishop blesses his people, I ask that all of you pray to the Lord so that He blesses me.\u00e2?\u009d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A new app for smartphones wants to honor Pope Francis' petition, and get as many people as possible to pray for him.<\/p>\n<p>Everyday it shows users a different photo of the Pope, and they can then press the 'Pray' button. The goal of the app is getting more than a million prayers for the Pope.<\/p>\n<p>And if users forget to pray, a message from the app reminds them to do it...with the voice of Pope Francis himself.<\/p>\n<p>'And don't forget to pray for me.\u00e2?\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Pope Francis is very clear when it comes to asking for prayers: on the flight back from WYD in Rio 2013, he explained that he can't carry on with his mission without them.<\/p>\n<p>The creators of the app also invented the social platoform and video 'May Feelings'.
