She served as a minister of culture under the government of Angela Merkel, but she left in 2013 after being accused of plagiarizing her thesis. ;<\/p>\n<p>The second ambassador is Tamar Grdzelidze from Georgia. She has a doctorate degree in Philosophy and Theology from Oxford University.
