At the age of seven she lived through her parent's separation, which meant moving to another country. It was a difficult experience that provoked many doubts on faith.<\/p>\n<p>At 16, a choir member invited her to see a rehearsal by the musical group 'Cristo en Marcha\u00e2?\u009d, of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. From then on, music became her way of meeting God again.<\/p>\n<p>Her lyrics reflect how He has touched her heart. In 'Rey de poder\u00e2?\u009d (King of power), her most well known song, she sings: 'You opened the eyes of my heart, you opened the heavens and sent your light.\u00e2?\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Kairy M\u00e1rquez is working on her first album. In the meantime, she collaborates with other musicians.
