Giampietro Dal Toso, who serves as the Secretary of the Vatican's Cor Unum Council, which deals with providing humanitarian aid worldwide.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The message titled, Strengthen your Hearts, deals with a social problem, mostly the indifference of those who are materially wealthy, but poor in the heart.
