They are Ramon Benito de la Rosa (Archdiocese of Santiago de los Caballeros), Rafael Leonidas Felipe and N\u00fa\u00f1ez (Diocese of Barahona) and Antonio Camilo Gonzalez (Diocese of La Vega).<\/p>\n<p>In their places, he has appointed Freddy Antonio de Jesus Breton Mart\u00ednez (Archdiocese of Santiago de los Caballeros), who is transferring from the Diocese of Bani; Andrew Napoleon Romero C\u00e1rdenas (Diocese of Barahona); and Hector Rafael Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez, M.S.C.
