They work with children and adults there. For example, they give micro-loans to families so that they can build houses or start small businesses. Many people miss educational opportunities. There are few opportunities for work, and the health system is very precarious and few people can use it.\u00e2?\u009d<\/p>\n<p>The group has focused more on the neighborhood since 2014. We work with many lay youth and also friars from the Order of Friars Minor.\u00e2?\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Just a few miles from Buenos Aires, the friars are helping people in a neighborhood filled with people at risk of social exclusion. And in a way they're continuing the work of a very important man.
