Women have a different capacity for theological reflection than we men do.<\/em>
This was also an issue addressed at the Synod on Synodality, where more than 50 women were allowed to vote. It has become a pillar of Francis' pontificate, who over the course of these 10 years, has given women more positions of responsibility in the Vatican.
