Each year, they take part in the \"Caravan of Peace\" organized by Catholic Action. This year, their initiative had a special relevance in view of the situation in several parts of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pope Francis renewed his plea for peace in Ukraine and the Holy Land. He also singled out Burma, where more than two years of civil war have caused the displacement of thousands of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n POPE FRANCIS The Pope also celebrated the release of the nuns kidnapped in Haiti and condemned the attack on a parish in Turkey where one person was killed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n JRB The Pope was not alone for Sunday's Angelus.
