There he wanted to leave messages of closeness and hope, insisting on the dignity of each person and on the importance of not losing hope even in difficult situations. His passage through the country closed an intense agenda that was closely followed by the population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In total, the trip has taken the Pope through several African countries in just over a week. Throughout the journey, he has spoken about peace, poverty and the future of young people on the continent. He has also called for more international attention towards Africa.
