Inside this cube, an immersive experience dedicated to the work of Michelangelo allows visitors to understand the history of Salvation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JANE DILLON<\/strong><br>Exhibition Producer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>It is the first exhibition of this kind globally, working with images from the Vatican. So, there was a real sense of responsibility around how we approached this project\u2026 to ensure we were doing justice<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With an introductory route that provides the historical, artistic, and religious perspective of the chapel, the exhibition offers a half-scale replica of the original. In that room, the frescoes decorating the chapel are projected in high definition, revealing details not visible to the naked eye and helping visitors understand their meaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JANE DILLON<\/strong><br>Exhibition Producer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I hope the visitors will be inspired. I hope people will leave the experience feeling they developed something, that they were inspired by Michael Angelo\u2019s work, that they\u2019re intrigued. They experience that sense of wonder and hope they feel breathtaking by the scale of the Sistine Chapel.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition, titled <em>Revelations<\/em>, is the result of more than three years of work by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney in collaboration with the Vatican Museums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A powerful evangelizing initiative, it was commissioned in Sydney under Archbishop Anthony Fisher as part of the journey toward the International Eucharistic Congress in 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MONICA<\/strong><br>Visitor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Yeah! The fact it is not just a gallery, but it is a portrait of your life and how you are through Christ. I\u2019m glad I got that experience and I like to invite my family and friends to it.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And this immersive exhibition will not remain limited to Sydney.
