He also expressed his desire for dialogue between Catholics and the Oriental Orthodox Churches to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aram I is the leader of the Armenian Apostolic Church of Cilicia, one of the principal branches of Armenian Christianity. Its headquarters are located in Antelias, in Lebanon, a country where a significant Armenian community has lived since the Armenian genocide early in the 20th century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pontiff had the opportunity to become familiar with this territory firsthand during his first apostolic trip last December.
