There, he delivered an address before the Spanish legislature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was received by Francina Armengol, Speaker of the Congress, and Pedro Roll\u00e1n. Later, he was welcomed by Prime Minister Pedro S\u00e1nchez, who accompanied him in procession to the parliamentary chambers, where the remaining members of parliament were waiting.
