Pope's security team lifts elderly woman in wheelchair, so she can greet the Pope

(-ONLY VIDEO-) As Pope Francis made his way across St. Peter's Square in his popemobile, his security team carried an elderly woman in a wheelchair, so she could greet the Pope. Visibly moved, the woman hugged the Pope and exchanged a few words. 

Moments later an elderly man was also carried by the Pope's security team, so he could personally greet the Pope.
