Check out what the Pope's doing this week!

On Monday, May 11th, Pope Francis will meet with seven thousand children from the "Fábrica de pazâ? foundation. The organization's name translates to "peace factory,â? and it works with NGOs to promote peace throughout the world. Afterward, Pope Francis plans to meet with bishops from the Episcopal Conference of Togo during their "ad liminaâ? visit to Rome. The Pope will celebrate the opening Mass for the general assembly of Caritas Internationalis on Tuesday. During the assembly, Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle will be appointed president of Caritas. The following day, Pope Francis will hold his weekly general audience in St. Peter's Square. Thousands of pilgrims are expected to attend. On Sunday, May 17th, the Pope will canonize two nuns from the Holy Land, Mary of Jesus Crucified and Marie-Alphonsine Danil Ghattas. They lived in Palestine during the second half of the nineteenth century. Afterward, the Pope will appear in the window of the Apostolic Palace at noon to say the Regina Coeli prayer.
