Pope Francis has named German Cardinal Rainer Maria Woelki, as the new Archbishop of Cologne. He also named three auxiliary Bishops in Hong Kong, China: Michael Yeung Ming-Cheung, Stephen Lee Bun Sang and Joseph Ha Chi.shing. Anselmo Guido Pecorari was named Nuncio of Macedonia and Jorge Anibal Quintero has been appointed Bishop of Barcelona in Venezuela. In India, Ignatius Dâ??Souza has been named Bishop of Bareilly and latstly, Cajetan Francis Osta, has been named Bishop of Mazaffarpur.
