"Raising Hope on Climate Change" is the name of the international conference that will take place in Castel Gandolfo from October 1 to 3, as part of the tenth anniversary of Laudato Si’.

One of the great things at this stage, ten years since Laudato Si, which other papal encyclical do you remember that we were talking about ten years later, and that there was just as interests, just as much interest as there as there is in this one? So I think that first, this has been an encyclical that's had a significant communications impact and will continue.
The most anticipated moment will be October 1 with the so-called “Celebration of Hope,” presided over by Pope Leo XIV, and featuring figures such as the Minister of the Environment of Brazil and former Governor of California.

God has put us in this world to leave this world a better place than we inherited it. This is an order from the top down. And everyone knows that. Except you don't know how to do it. This event will be a symbolic and spiritual gathering to renew a shared commitment to the planet.
On October 2 and 3, the conference will continue with round tables, workshops, and moments of prayer, with a central purpose: to strengthen collaboration to protect everyone's common home and ensure a dignified future for all.
