Pope Leo XIV landed in France at around 10am in the morning for his four-day apostolic trip. He was greeted by French president Emmanuel Macron and his wife. The Vatican and french national anthem, La Marseillaise, played during the welcome ceremony at Paris-Orly Airport.
The pope's 5th international trip started like this. He will remain in France until the 28th and will visit three french cities in total, including Lourdes and Metz.
