On Monday, May 25th,  Africa Day will be celebrated throughout the world. It's the anniversary of the founding of the Organization of African Unity. The group was created in 1963.

Pope Francis will hold his weekly general audience in St. Peter's Square on Wednesday. Thousands of pilgrims are expected to attend.

The following day, the Pope will meet privately with the former president of Uruguay, José Mujica. He is in Europe promoting his new book 'Happiness to Power.â?

Mujica was president from 2010 to 2015. Tabaré Vázquez took office in March, after already serving as president before Mujica.

On Sunday, May 31st, Pope Francis will appear in the window of the Apostolic Palace at noon to pray the Regina Coeli.
