American film 'The Letters' wins best actress and director award of Catholic 'Oscars'
The Spanish film "A Forbidden Godâ? won the Silver Fish Award for best film at the International Catholic Film Festival "Mirabile Dictu.â? Based on true events, it tells the martyrdom of 51 religious at the dawn of the Spanish Civil War. Pablo Moreno directs this faithful portrait of how Spanish villages like Barbastro lived the early days of this conflict.
