He's only 16 years old, but already Emanuel Estrada has launched a phone app for Catholics. It's called 'Eucharist and Truth.' It's a way for young Christians to see the Church in a new light, not just as something of the past. ;

Mixing technology with faith is nothing new for Emanuel. First, he developed a website to make faith more accessible. Eventually he decided on launching an application for smart-phones. ;

With 'Eucharist and Truth' one can read the Bible and pray the rosary. There's even set prayers available for Jesus, Mary and saints like St. Thomas of Aquinas and St. Francis of Assisi, to help users out. ;

But it can't all be done through technology. There's also a map showing nearby churches, so that people can physically go and visit parishes. It's currently available for iOS and ;starting in September it will also be available for Android phones. ;
