(-ONLY VIDEO-) Pope Francis is officially in the Philippines. His plane arrived to Manila's Villamor Air Base, at roughly 6pm local time, as the sun was setting. He waited in the plane for a bit as a big crowd enthusiastically waited for him. ;
The strong winds, blew away his papal hat, but it was quickly recovered by his security team. ;
The Pope was first welcomed by the country's president, Noynoy Aquino, before meeting in private with him in an airport conference room. ;
