Pope Francis has met with his Council of Cardinals. Normally, the Vatican does not release the topics of discussion. But the Pope had already revealed that one of them would be the feminine dimension of the Church during a meeting with the International Theological Commission.

Women have a different capacity for theological reflection than we men do.
This was also an issue addressed at the Synod on Synodality, where more than 50 women were allowed to vote. It has become a pillar of Francis' pontificate, who over the course of these 10 years, has given women more positions of responsibility in the Vatican.
