Pope Leo XIV landed in Argentina, the second stop on his tour of Latin America, following the warm welcome he received in Uruguay, a country the pope has been visiting since Friday.
The Pope arrived in Buenos Aires, where he was greeted by the president of the Republic, Javier Milei, at the foot of the papal plane. With Pope Leo XIV, a pontiff returns to this nation for the first time in nearly 40 years.
