With their red jackets and waving flags, this group of 62 Guatemalan students took over St. Peter's Square.

'We come from Guatemala. Now, we're on our way to different towns in Germany for an exchange program, and we came to visit the Vatican.

For most of them, this was their first time in Europe. This first stop in Rome caused a great impression, especially Pope Francis.

'I think Pope Francis is an incredible person. Just by looking at him one feels this peace he brings and that joy and everything. It was really nice to be there.

As a reminder of their visit, the students didn't leave without sending the Pope a message of solidarity.
